How to Register

2015 Camp will be held the week of June 15 - June 19, 2015

Registration dates:

January 27, 2015 until camp is full or until May 31, 2015.  Late registrations might be accepted, if space is available.

Camp Costs: 


  • $165 per campers entering KG - 6th grade in fall 2015
  • $50 per Program Aide Interns and Program Aides
  • $10 per Tagalong (potty trained and if a boy, can attend up to age 12)
  • $0 per adult volunteer


  1. Camp fees may be paid by check, money order, debit/credit card (no fee) and/or cookie credits.
  2. A refund will be given once cookie credits are received by the camp director.
  3. An invoice will be emailed out for debit/credit card online payment through Flint mobile.
  4. Payments may be made, but camp needs to be paid in full by June 1, 2015.


Cancellation fees:
  • There is a $40 non-refundable cancellation deposit through May 31, 2015
  • Registrations after May 31, 2015 the entire camper fee of $165 is non-refundable

Steps to Register:
  1. Become a registered Girl Scout if you are not already.  If you are unsure, it is your responsibility to make sure your daughter is registered.  If you are a volunteer, you must be registered as well.
  2. Complete the registration form that meets your camper needs.
  3. Mail payment (Check or Money Order) to confirm placement or pay credit/debit card invoice.
  4. Grant application, if applicable.  Please turn in within 2 weeks of registering your camper.
  5. Liability & Waiver Release, Photo Release and health forms must be received by June 1, 2015
  6. Carpool authorization must be received by June 1, 2015
*Failure to provide full payment or legibly completed forms may make your camper unable to attend camp with us.
