Monday Menu
Morning snack - yogurt tubes and Goldfish (gluten free option will be offered)
Frito Pie
Ground turkey
Chili seasoning
Tomato Sauce

Red kidney beans
Cook ground turkey with some olive oil. No need to drain as there isn’t much fat/grease. Add chili seasoning, 1 packet per pound of meat, and 2 cans of tomato sauce and 2 cans of diced tomatoes. Place Fritos in a bowl, add chili, beans, sour cream/greek yogurt and cheese as desired.

Slice banana open down the middle (top to bottom). Fill banana with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Wrap in foil. Write name on the foil. Place in the sun for a couple of hours. When ready, scoop out and eat with a spoon.
Tuesday Menu
Morning snack - Cheese sticks and Ritz (gluten free option will be offered)
Nacho/Taco Bar
Ground turkey
Taco seasoning

Sour Cream/Greek Yogurt

Corn tortillas
Cook ground turkey with some olive oil. No need to drain as there isn’t much fat/grease. Add 1 Tbsp seasoning and 1 cup of water per 1 pound of meat. On a plate, make nachos or tacos as desired.

Crush Oreos with a rolling pin in a ziplock bag. Combine pudding (16 oz) and cool whip (8 oz). In a cup, cover the bottom of the cup with a little bit of cookie crumbles. Add pudding. Add more cookie crumbles on top. Each girl gets 4 worms.
Wednesday Menu
Morning snack - Animal crackers
Crescent Roll Hot Dogs
Crescent rolls - gluten free option will be available Hot dogs/Deli meat/Turkey dogs
Cheese slices Ketchup Mustard Foil
Non-stick spray Charcoal
Write name on outside of foil. On the BLANK side of the foil, spray foil with non-stick spray. Lay a crescent on it. Place a slice of cheese (optional) and hot dog/deli meat. Roll crescent roll from the wide part to the narrow part. Lightly fold foil around the filled crescent roll. Cook on the grill for 5 minutes, or until done. There will be enough for 2 per girl.
Cut oranges into slices.
Ice Cream in a Bag (per girl)
1 tablespoon sugar ½ cup milk, cream, or half and half ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (or other flavoring) 6 tablespoons rock salt Enough ice to fill the gallon-sized bag halfway 1 gallon-sized Ziploc bag 1 quart-sized Ziploc bag
In a gallon size freezer bag, mix the salt around in the ice and set aside. Put names on the quart size bag. Combine the ice cream ingredients in a quart size bag. Make sure the quart bag gets buried in the ice. Seal the gallon bag. Shake the bags vigorously for five minutes. Once thick, place in cooler on ice until snack time.

Give a piece of foil and sugar cone. Fill sugar cone with fruit, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Wrap in tinfoil, put name on foil and throw on the fire or under the grill top. Girls can make 2 in one piece of foil.
Friday Menu
Morning snack - Leftovers from the week, if none, we will come up with something.
Pita Pizza
Pitas (gluten free option)
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni/turkey pepperoni
Cheese
Olives
Onions & 3 peppers mix
Cut pitas in half, carefully open on a piece of foil, add sauce and ingredients. Wrap and seal in foil. Write name on foil with sharpie. Cook for 5 minutes on each side approximately. Grapes (variety). Need plate. One full pita per girl.
Afternoon snack is pre-popped popcorn and Girl Scout cookies
